Police Service Preparation Program

This program is for immigrants and members of visible minorities who have an interest in a career in law enforcement.

Programs run from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm

8 O: m% ^9 Z5 ^  EYou must be/have:
0 L' p9 |; P! `• Alberta High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- ~8 |, G: U& V• Unemployed or underemployed
- L4 ?/ w- Q$ w; }( r# D• Minimum 18 years of age
• Good moral character
• Good health and physical condition
• Good written and verbal communication skills – must be at a CLB 6+
- P& a- d) r* e• Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license
• No criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted
• Eligible for financial assistance, or willing to pay tuition
