Job Duties / Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
% U% Q% e8 g, Y• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
; S, s, q% a! ?# Z. X# L• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
% q6 R9 W' n! q" x4 x• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

- D0 U( f/ s0 [% ?0 p• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
( ]* |: ]- Y, ~) C% ]9 L3 K• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
" E6 q7 u9 O& [" h3 x; J6 @• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
