# @9 J  U: ^6 [& IJob Duties / Responsibilities
5 Q) {) c1 e/ d# t6 PThis role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
# T- m) x" z2 H! d1 J+ v2 ]: I• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
( J) b9 b8 |3 C- c( v" l- E& ?• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
8 ]9 j7 a4 p8 `/ A7 W" S• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
6 M  ^# g# N! e• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
1 k" m: w' n8 Q" |' [8 n• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
9 p3 |* R6 ?8 `9 F! @& i1 T• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
