Job Duties / Responsibilities
8 z: S# I  P8 L# G& xThis role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
  Z5 u) Y* R2 M( R• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
' ~$ c9 E3 r/ b& p8 l- Q• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
. z- v+ p& T7 k. C# H• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
4 ]& f3 n" `$ {1 b2 e( _/ I4 h• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams

7 Q3 I3 h* ?( k• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
  `$ p+ U1 [- C- g8 M- ]• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
2 u. {* P7 v) C/ ^1 C! [6 G# U• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

Education / Experience
• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
2 W' f. g8 \. ~7 {' X, @• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
' c# i6 L  h% L5 M! |• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
: B' g4 J5 T6 k• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
  m0 Q  |" O& H! H• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
