3 O* A, i' K1 eJob Duties / Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
) G- V; i, t: e' e# E• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
) k+ C* f* B  }& V  J0 {• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
5 b' f" o3 U9 S% D4 ]1 b. z1 U• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
; K. r0 D$ p/ U( u# G• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
7 B( C$ H" `; O  `- b2 C* y• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

6 B4 w$ T6 m5 v" W• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
: L. [8 ~+ \, O, t; h• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
: t$ D9 B5 H$ P1 g7 J8 p9 C• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
