Job Duties / Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
7 O) g7 Z5 _+ I! a: Z2 b• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
/ n! k% o* q8 v8 p8 M• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
) u$ w: G' p; C2 d• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams

' ]. q+ z" @6 [$ r" N• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
5 S. z- ~) p+ S1 O# c8 ~• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

Education / Experience
! X7 @* f# K! V3 |/ H• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
0 ?/ G1 f3 m  R4 x2 q/ l• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
$ ?/ p2 Q; F' {• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
4 V- H' o8 P7 X6 e. g" W• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
