C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
$ c# r6 ], e- M! W) C" Z9 zDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
; Z# _/ C2 {. c$ F•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
7 }& l! h9 O8 t+ H9 j2 U•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
+ `- g) A% \/ n' Q. [4 [, W* l# [( v•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
: o  b# h( k! K6 ]•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
4 q5 V) m/ c- o•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
$ w( j( b# ~2 Y•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
% z# c5 P+ G  b5 a7 W. B•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
7 _$ Y$ ]* T, q8 d" ~•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
