: P; s2 o1 x' e* HC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
( D# t3 C$ U: X' c, zDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
0 @7 U5 x7 G8 M- c& u1 e$ k•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
+ N6 `/ D# _: ^* ?5 Y•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
' j3 Q9 c; `+ N) }•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
, I0 X6 N( Z) j+ \•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
' I3 \# V* N, s, Y% r•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
! C3 \' @: C' d5 h7 \6 t% R•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
" M4 W/ p8 S+ U* G" ?, ]7 d•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
" c# Q- x9 K7 s& n9 T•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

4 Y1 y1 `( s2 d+ B: q' }8 H•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
