+ K. t- p  q% }7 tC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
' Z: Z" |$ t) E# s- qDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
" G9 F5 J) j" t, A5 M•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
8 V& _& T2 x" V+ u: V7 U•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
: O* e# i+ D6 e7 ~/ N  |. }" b7 ?•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
- p) V8 N. J4 ?+ e8 ~  t6 X•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
. ]3 P9 ^1 g! ?5 \- g•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
) X' z( V- u$ [* Z, o•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
+ i' o+ w: I! y9 [9 L2 ~•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
* y& P6 o) s0 `6 `# c! U& }+ jMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
9 d' b6 m7 A) K1 b5 ]* l•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
' B6 L6 ?+ k. f0 H+ f/ F7 H- a% T•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
4 T7 m3 _- ^: o•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
4 Q1 v  p, W9 ]2 A9 I: _Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
