" g% L7 E8 ~$ Q6 ?3 r/ KC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.

•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
' U( i- S/ m3 D& p+ H•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
7 x# V8 ^# N1 N•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
& j3 y1 z; G. v" z•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.

•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
6 Y! D: y% ]$ S  k- b! A•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
1 U  f# {& r! {! Y$ y•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
