C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
- J& ]: q7 m0 w+ w% U  N: M•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
  q/ I: m- w' U% p/ R% O•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
! Z2 {; d. a+ a7 N& @0 _7 r•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
9 S5 e) b9 b- ]% v' W•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
5 ]/ ~+ }# F) R, r" e•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
$ K, U0 T; t8 _•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
- d* o7 ?$ a( M3 x. ?# }Mandatory Requirements:
; O5 p  {3 m: b0 A•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
7 f  a% l1 s4 g% F) ?- d: d•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
* A# M- K* e7 U2 K& d•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
3 Y: I" l! G: v' O9 {Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
