influenza virus is contagious and is spread person to person via close
, q8 P# u( H" @7 \: B* O4 Zcontact. The virus also rests on hard surfaces such as counters and& P1 W E& r9 j2 r: F, [1 r
doorknobs and can spread when people touch contaminated surfaces and Y9 a* j: ]5 Q& k. N, `
then unknowingly transfer the virus to their eyes, nose or mouth.

cough) and following the self-care practices as outlined by Alberta m, B0 t! x( o+ \
Health and Wellness will greatly assist in minimizing the chance of" n1 g' J- y5 s7 Y! F
infection.
