Bad new or good new: freeze salary for two years

1. Today AHS decided to freeze salary for managerment and non-uniun staff for 2 years. It will affect 8000 employees.  

2. 大学已经传达了, 从明年的未来3年内由于政府拨款下降, 部分非教职人员改成4天工作. 这个趋势会在明年一年中蔓延到所有public services 以及很多政府拨款部门

3. Goverment freeze hiring for another year.

What is the housing going when goverment and public services stop hiring and freeze the wage? I hope private sections will hire more and more in the next year.

政府财政收入主要来源于天然气, 前一阵天然气价格处在历史地点, 一直在3块多徘徊, 政府的开支水平还停留在十几块钱的时候, 不赤字才怪了.  这东西涨起来也挺快, 现在已经涨到5块多了.
