1 F/ U- u8 q& z# E, C7 n• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
" i- l: h! H$ L/ y• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
2 I ~2 {) L/ p; ^/ u" ]* K/ g% S$ \( ~/ o• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award. " T) g/ l! `; i9 H3 a P
• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;5 {' f; y$ d: u6 W* p* i# K
• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates; 3 M5 M! u3 \: `+ C9 n* m% P; F
• Perform applicable post contract award management activities;

• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce;
9 w1 V: F4 {; n+ Q) e" u; n. g• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
9 H: G* c5 k I" w• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must; ( o0 V+ {! p5 S! T+ O2 h% u
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
