Job Duties / Responsibilities9 H+ V: k( F$ \
• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality) 1 E; E4 v) k1 z3 G$ f- r0 j" `
• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.' r; A1 C7 }( _7 T* s9 e7 I% v
• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
; S1 H' x5 y, c! A, R8 \! s• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;2 j$ V6 _6 t4 e: M! N1 m
• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;
, c0 ]! l6 n1 Z$ a9 q/ A7 n& c• Perform applicable post contract award management activities; ! ^3 E( i' v- `' ^! q3 W. l) d" R
• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).

• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce; 9 U; O3 \& v0 r; {
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; " L X ]. M! W \2 x" Z0 G
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must;
& t. \3 N3 P( A$ r4 n2 ^2 A9 z• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
