市场可能开始slow down了，全市本月到今天共成交280套。

7 X  O9 S2 |( U不过好房子还是很抢手，我明天有个房子要看，今天已经有9个offer了。

New listings: 291 (306, 341, 370)
# Sales: 213 (225, 275, 261)
Ratio: 73% (74%, 81%, 71%)
# Price changes: 159 (221, 189, 212)

Net loss/gain in listings this week: -64 (-243, -32, -26)

More of the same this week, falling inventory, stronger sales than last year and lots of activity for single family homes, especially those priced under $500k.

关键是市场上好房子不多!  

! c, _! J2 R4 l( z2 U0 {" b$ Z% K以SW为例，不是在靠近大马路，就是离高压线近，要不就是Corner Lot，转了一大圈下来，即便把价格范围从45~50W扩大的50~55W，能看得中的房子还是少得可怜。只有继续等等了！
