Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual; (with the possibility of becoming full-time);

! F% p; w4 W9 D5 I. |) J6 x" jrange - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
7 a& T* ?/ ?* q& H9 |Schedule: Flexible workweek, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Must be proficient in English speaking, reading and writing & in Chinese (Cantonese OR Mandarin)

- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
; }3 Z7 i) q: U- n1 Y5 W3 u-Paying attention to details;
- Good time management and organizational skills required;
' `1 @5 ?2 _' q$ Z-Post-secondary education preferred;
- I9 [8 {3 U& b+ h7 u-previously related office experience preferred;
- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

Job Duties:
- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
+ e8 c& Z9 @4 c- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
