4 A: b3 J' `4 p5 jrange - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
7 c0 M' j6 v0 H! p9 q3 P  K' PSchedule: Flexible workweek, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

9 Z- |, \! w! n% ?: Q4 {- y% d) EMust be proficient in English speaking, reading and writing & in Chinese (Cantonese OR Mandarin)

- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
: P, F3 T# h. U' }/ g% j* W-Paying attention to details;
! H8 a  A; L/ O- Good time management and organizational skills required;
-Post-secondary education preferred;
-previously related office experience preferred;
; W- x0 ^+ x) T" m6 o- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

Job Duties:
7 C" O1 j3 n2 p6 ]9 E0 A- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
9 `* w6 v2 V+ \+ O/ r( P: Z9 i- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
