2， 副申请人是否只需要交表IMM 0008-Genetic AND IMM 5406? * x" |3 v5 V( u" k

3, about the additional documents. We suppose to be the category 1 applicants from the website, what kind of additional document we should provide? The checklist only provide information about category 2 and category 3.0 m | S5 R# T, V8 ^3 N J
