% I; a9 z- I7 z. x! f! hPosition: Community Rehabilitation Outreach Coordinator / Hourly Wage: $19.20 / $24.08/Hr / Hours: 28 hours-week / Classification: Permanent FTE .08 / Closing Date: open until suitable candidate is found.

- i& y' ?9 O8 l9 c# ?The Position: provides assessment, service coordination, supportive counselling, advocacy, practical skill building and crisis intervention to adults who are living with a severe / persistent mental illness.

+ ]5 ^# z) y  A% z! D0 v! M* V( d9 r# ^, kRequirements: a post-secondary degree in a human services field; relevant experience working with a mental health population; supervisory experience; excellent writing/documentation skills; ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; appropriate boundaries with clients; access to a reliable vehicle and flexibility in hours are required.
