outlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：1 u. U2 |5 X6 z# N y

1.Open the email message from the person you want to add
& g4 S% U `; U* V& h2 [7 {' h( M* X2 l! d5 N! o. j% b; {+ d
2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts, h) s/ q& \0 f/ g
The Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.
