if you are divorced and land without your spouse, you have to tell and explain to immigration officer what the case is. show them you are not cheating . if not , you are entering canada by fraud. once found out , you will be kicked out of the country. it's no joking. and it is the same with your wife or ex-wife. : p* z4 x' r: }$ o; c
Government has a department dealing with these kind of cases. many reasons among which the 2 popular reasons for sending people home is providing false/untrue information when applying, committing crimes.
