如果有partnership,联名的话,是无限风险,而且会受个别参与人的个人状况影响,包括:财务,健康等。 + W; N' T0 D k4 f5 H" S2 y' N, r
如果是由一个人的名义买,对参与人和物业持有人的风险都大。
