5 C! v& {* S* c! |* _, |1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)

4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)
$ U7 }7 K, x3 V3 x5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

sugar 40g+30g

1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled) x. O$ `/ \' A1 n$ K2 W/ J0 u
2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar
; d+ I4 p* o! n3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)
) u4 Z; L# t: c& P' F( }4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well

第一種做出來有一半超好吃0 D) n) |- p# x) R. D6 r
下半部很綿但是上半部活像個甜的蒸蛋
