Cream cheese 100g

egg yolk 1
9 C0 i; H% j" i( b! W3 isugar 80g+ c I0 V8 M% h4 A3 X
0 u: u/ N3 h+ Q& q5 A; \+ }1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)
% A- D5 B; i- o) @& u, p2. Add mixture of eggs with 1.( t+ g/ b& B* P3 X! ]% o
3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely
- I v7 e+ b5 J' `6 ~% S% d4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)' E7 d6 x% p( G- w! { S
5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

sugar 40g+30g
4 l5 Z1 u$ m- S" I4 evanilla extract 1/2tsp1 d$ T3 d. n' x. Q
' w+ {9 J. n5 j* o+ d& T* Q1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled: b" k7 ?% U& |7 o8 ~- z0 D ^
2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar
2 G' o) K; G: O) s3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)+ z4 @" w8 P: Q! D8 o: N7 y' c4 |
4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well+ t( U4 F/ h- L2 n
5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

第一種做出來有一半超好吃
