Why? Without looking into the blue print, how can a client I know the details? How can a client give structure changes before seeing the blue print? In the contract, there is a term says that all changes in 14 days will be approved without administration fee.
我误解了,如果你已经在蓝图上签字了,你再改就要付费。如果你没有签字,BUILDER是不应该收费的(通常)。; Q! T, t. [ p) R$ H
但是,如果BUILDER已经把这个房子作为SPEC HOME提交申请和测绘,任何structural改动,市政府和SURVYOR是要重新评估收费的。BUILDER通常把这个转嫁到你头上来。同意WST和ceramistpalace的意见。还有的时候签合同的时候BUILDER就要你把蓝图定下来。。所以少数情况下会发生这种情况。 # v* p' S+ f. V1 Z+ d坚决支持你根据合同合理力争!
