关于房子的问题，想请教各位？

卡尔加里和埃德蒙顿的房价相差大吗？

本人刚刚来到埃德蒙顿，对很多情况还不了解，所以，请各位多多赐教？

I was under the impression that the houses in Calgary are usually 10 ~ 15% more expensive than Edmonton. But recently some friends told me to build new houses in NW of Calgary (where is considered to be similar to NW of Edmonton) are a lot cheaper than to build new in SW of Edmonton. CALGARY NW 有些新的小区，已经出城了，就便宜不少。还有一个多伦多来的开发商，在CALGARY 北部城界上修了不少房子，价格便宜得可以用恐怖来形容

2600 尺的房子，1个月前查的时候是 36万。 到NW城区的话，同样的恐怕目前市价在55~60万左右。

10月份查德时候是33万。
