I used to be a member in Chinese Anglers Club in Toronto, They have论坛公约

& U5 G2 ^0 s2 L/ a/ h8 gI think, here we also need 论坛公约 which shall been always put on the top of web page.  The board moderator can cancel any writings if that violate 论坛公约.

2.  Don`t belittle others: 不说激怒人的话包括；我不行/我怕你得了吧，把….揪出来，这小子，你有哈了不起…….
