' x% b; ^8 m( u0 v. f% C•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control  g. o: \; [' s+ ~9 }
•        Identification and replication of software defects  ; Z1 X. i! `, A( y6 s7 L
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients    g0 b* q% s( |! ]
•        Managing customer expectations : P9 @. @/ y- O& _5 e5 p; C- m
•        Documentation of technical procedures 5 P: }; D" ^" P+ A
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
' g5 C- |) w' f; F" B: L1 l5 Q•        Optimizing system configurations  : H2 W" `4 t6 o5 `0 z
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) : B- _4 _% U5 E5 l5 |  f5 E

•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
