Position Responsibilities:, Y8 }1 G8 A2 R5 l8 ]) t  b" G
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control# y5 U- @* F( M* V  S- Y6 p
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
. `" G" E) N$ J0 P) r0 b) Y•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients    P2 F) ?/ ^4 z0 O# G' i& @: `, N
•        Managing customer expectations ( p4 q8 o; d5 _. M  W2 l
•        Documentation of technical procedures - G" P0 W( ^! h2 B* A
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
" ^0 q! b, Q' y& F1 b: O+ T•        Optimizing system configurations  
7 K0 X7 Q3 S$ I# j; L' X: o$ z  r•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        Work evenings as required

) U. \, n$ j9 U, e•        Customer service skills
3 |( h/ a* y; g3 h% p" b•        Technical writing skills
; ?2 d- W* T* Q6 h# v5 e3 w•        C++ development skills
- p3 O+ V8 x" B•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

Experience and Education9 K7 I; W8 C" G  F
•        Technical degree or diploma
