•        Identification and replication of software defects  # T& k& r0 b6 b7 ^; |
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients

•        Documentation of technical procedures

Skills and Knowledge Required
9 y! R5 b5 n) g6 g6 Q•        Customer service skills
" z9 G8 X8 r/ F+ V- _# B  i•        Technical writing skills
2 o# [9 g  b/ P& E•        C++ development skills 0 Z. a7 v$ u4 K) }- T& |
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.! d7 c* T" x6 l8 Z
•        Network trouble shooting skills 3 h* E0 O: o5 H/ O& z
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills

•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
