0 l1 ^) y( v1 F9 P2 p! X O• Identification and replication of software defects ?8 n9 S* Y' q* _
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
2 T( p- ?9 w$ q# @• Managing customer expectations
# p: k/ s8 {" M9 F5 a N• Documentation of technical procedures
9 O& f0 ]* F3 a* }( D• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
