Position Responsibilities:

•        Identification and replication of software defects  
5 }  }7 m, s; f8 T•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
3 Q& }' O, N' w' _* g5 ~0 z" q! z2 J•        Managing customer expectations
2 P  w2 |$ Z. s0 ]7 O•        Documentation of technical procedures

•        Optimizing system configurations

•        Site services worldwide

•        Technical writing skills
