• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control# y5 U- @* F( M* V S- Y6 p
• Identification and replication of software defects
. `" G" E) N$ J0 P) r0 b) Y• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients P2 F) ?/ ^4 z0 O# G' i& @: `, N
• Managing customer expectations ( p4 q8 o; d5 _. M W2 l
• Documentation of technical procedures - G" P0 W( ^! h2 B* A
• Trouble shooting client network issues
" ^0 q! b, Q' y& F1 b: O+ T• Optimizing system configurations

• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
