Position Responsibilities:
  {! Z6 k# ^6 s4 V/ s& `6 _$ G2 b•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
$ d8 T- Q7 x; b, D2 d! P9 C•        Identification and replication of software defects  - J6 Y0 l1 n+ g; N$ L
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  ; ^$ ^6 X" e) b- V, G1 X
•        Managing customer expectations
* b2 l9 o  W1 O( Q•        Documentation of technical procedures
1 m( h2 B5 x1 k•        Trouble shooting client network issues $ x0 x# U4 x6 i) G
•        Optimizing system configurations

•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

Skills and Knowledge Required
5 g- s* x; J5 k3 R•        Customer service skills
$ s8 B1 x. D8 c, ?9 O0 D+ b7 O•        Technical writing skills ; {- \; |% g9 p8 l/ d
•        C++ development skills
0 r3 V' b7 H* f+ E•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
/ B$ Q  R0 |6 W3 Z/ d•        Network trouble shooting skills ' ]* o% F  v$ u  \2 h$ c, V  z
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills

Experience and Education! B. a- ?( ~6 N2 A: Y
•        Technical degree or diploma 9 L  S* \2 K  j9 g' F* W9 A
•        2 years experience in a technical support role
