Position Responsibilities:
4 H' j+ s+ U; I4 q. s. Q9 {* b• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
3 W+ o% I( v0 w: _& {• Identification and replication of software defects
. }, Z. O1 N: N9 s9 J* @• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients ( A# c7 G% E# U, {" Z7 x4 f% z
• Managing customer expectations

• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
