• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control3 l) u1 t4 c/ P* R
• Identification and replication of software defects
. Q/ I- a" }9 y+ f0 T• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients ' o+ e5 x. m1 [% W+ f
• Managing customer expectations

• Trouble shooting client network issues 3 r& O" N7 M5 X* V
• Optimizing system configurations

Experience and Education
