• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control3 F+ P. P6 n* |6 `! ~0 H
• Identification and replication of software defects
" q- X: M+ i; f- s$ v6 U• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients ; x2 V# I& B% b; j4 _ m \0 I Q
• Managing customer expectations

• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) % i, ?9 b. z$ ?7 R
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

• Site services worldwide
