Position Responsibilities:
* {7 r8 s- q! n( ?• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control/ s& {+ y/ x9 x- [: M- S: z- `
• Identification and replication of software defects ! M- r+ e4 J! ]. b1 E
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
?& U6 l" y8 S! x8 S* M• Managing customer expectations
) h( {0 ~/ @9 o C% e6 R4 W- ~• Documentation of technical procedures
! z3 n% k" i# L4 I: Q3 j2 Z- d• Trouble shooting client network issues ' [* C6 V# W' f7 O/ _+ R
• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system + a [. j9 [9 Y- @" }
• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

• System training

• Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

• 2 years experience in a technical support role
