• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
' g7 ?5 b7 ~' H: E• Identification and replication of software defects
9 N+ t$ p% p! q7 _• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients $ N5 [$ }; C( Y
• Managing customer expectations 8 Y# S9 B7 H( s! l( O9 U
• Documentation of technical procedures 5 J2 @' O" z8 G# X
• Trouble shooting client network issues
( E7 u- i9 J7 L4 e9 V$ \• Optimizing system configurations / \1 A$ H j/ [. J9 k
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

• C++ development skills

• Excellent interpersonal and team skills

• Ability to work independently
