. f0 u9 D& v v• Identification and replication of software defects 5 }, X" _1 |* W
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 2 C* C# ~3 c" U0 C& `. H7 ^4 i
• Managing customer expectations
6 y! A" U4 Y- b$ ?7 e• Documentation of technical procedures
; c! m$ n" v# I: w• Trouble shooting client network issues 0 `6 J# y7 f( K7 E/ F; e
• Optimizing system configurations

• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
