请问一下，窗子的密封不好。房主就用一种黑色的黏黏的东西重新封。这是什么东西，好不好的？

另外，房顶上面的油毡有很多裂缝，没有破，也很平，还能撑多久？

另外，地板不平，不是地砖不平，而是下面的地面不平，会不会getting worse? 是2层楼。

可能我没有说清楚，房顶就是那个屋顶上面铺的东西，有裂纹。

if you want change all of them, at least you have to spend 20000 dollar. the things on the roof you mentioned are shingles
