' i) r4 m8 h% V After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again. % ~% o! `; q$ J, `0 h3 t
It is a cycle.

Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.
H) ^, f. j$ p. |, E2 OThe problem should be inside the bucket.

When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.
- A9 ?/ j7 d$ ?5 d* t: OUse a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.
_% l! t; o4 e( ]8 cConfirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.6 s4 Y+ M- V, _* G+ L# q

The next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
8 e. |5 t" l5 v) ?# C! YThey have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.
2 j! K+ h* P% y, y( j; g It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working.

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them. 5 u4 m$ N7 j* q0 f2 z& c
