Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.

When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.8 h" K6 ]! u/ I! I# L6 F
Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.1 `& \5 X' ^" m p1 `/ ]0 q
Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.7 p% W% N8 M# Z. G( L- m

The next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.2 W8 _4 w8 f0 o
They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.
( G. D: ] L8 e It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working. ' k9 D- i; Y0 F0 E4 x
