如果临街的墙没窗户，则需要多开窗户，这个得多花几千块。可能临街的栅栏要自己承担。

Not all corner lots are the same. Some that are fenced by developers will be snow-shoveled by community and those not located next to a busy road will have same noise level as the others.

开发商可能会要求拐角lot的车库的门柱加装石头装饰，也得自己掏钱，各个小区要求不一样，有的小区会要求别的lot也要加。
