一对老两口有两个女儿，
1 J5 l/ o* {* s. XThe older daughter was married to a man who sold umbrellas, while the younger one was married to a man who sold straw hats.                
2 I# n3 u4 @# H  P- V! ]$ P大女儿嫁给了一个卖雨伞的，二女儿嫁给了一个卖草帽的。
! ^2 _1 _; |  e6 KTherefore, whenever it was a fine day,                
; P1 I) }* R) B- b# `( V所以，每当遇到晴天的时候，
the mother would sigh: “Oh, it’s a bad day for my elder son-in-law.”
做母亲的就会叹气：“哎！大女婿的雨伞卖不出去了。”
  Z- Y& l: T7 M' WBut if it was a rainy day, she would sigh as well: “Nobody’s going to buy my younger son-in-law’s straw hats.”
! c# x8 L! O6 b& ^3 C/ M% ~遇到雨天，她还是会叹气：“二女婿的草帽没人买了！” ，
So she was never happy, rain or shine.
所以，晴天雨天老太太都不高兴。
But her husband saw the matter in a different light.He was happy, rain or shine.         
可是老先生却恰恰相反，不论晴天雨天，老先生都很高兴。
On sunny days, he would think that his younger son-in-law would sell lots of straw hats,
4 y3 d& m1 Z9 z/ S1 a! G晴天时他想到二女婿的草帽会卖得好，
and on rainy days he would think of his elder son-in-law doing well selling his umbrellas.
4 p7 z* @& `9 N! L& o) K雨天时他想到大女婿的雨伞会卖得好，
In reality, happiness is a kind of attitude.
  r& q  N1 V" k" c其实，幸福就是一种心情，
It is never far from you, depending on whether you are contented or not.
