1)Capability:他/她有没有能力把这个工作干好;' A* F Y/ l" x; Z: S6 `
2)Adaptability:他/她会不会适应这个工作,能不能踏踏实实的干下去,还是干两天走人的主儿./ K7 [9 N. M) b' D

在应聘者相对少的时候,第一点很重要,抓着一个是一个;而在应聘者相对多的时候,第二点更重要,因为毕竟频繁招新人是件头疼的事情.
I agree with most LZ's points; however, it is very difficult for us (immigrants) keep errors from our resumes. I hope next time when you receive a resume from a Chinese immigrant, you can pay more attention on the capability and adaptability, and less attention on the errors of resume.
