Tim has been a proud member of 424 for more than 25 years.  
" M& W+ g: S9 a' I7 w; t1 b
He began work with our Union in 1981, receiving Inter-provincial Journeyman Electrician status the following year — and in 1988 he also became a Journeyman Boom Truck Operator.

- X# n5 w0 |5 S9 `2 V6 @While on the job and with a young family he continued his education in night courses, graduating from the U of A in 2001 with a degree in Human Resources Management.  In 2003, following two additional years of study, he was designated a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
