The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to: m O0 V- `* ]5 c( `
Tools -> Internet Options% _. D6 `4 |; A* r2 a
Click the Connections Tab
, W; F( i3 k; G4 v5 J- hClick the the "Lan Settings" button0 R7 v3 t& h5 G" ?' y( g
Remove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"

Click Ok& y$ Q- g5 \7 Q4 z
