Job Description:

! {( b/ m. }3 g0 m$ M9 e; q0 s( T-        facilitate recruitment of participants for the Keshotu Leadership Academy: }0 c& E/ V( I
-        conduct interviews to ensure participants have necessary qualities9 H; h$ a) K& ^9 S

3 s+ t0 `/ u9 P/ }Organize Leadership Training Sessions
6 d3 z0 y- t6 R" V-        locate an appropriate venue for weekly meetings3 N4 h3 v, Z& t) S2 ^, p' C# S
-        set up a plan for the span of the project (Jan 08 – Dec 08) for weekly meetings) {% x; b" V8 I7 s
-        use project proposal to ensure time is spent with all identified areas

, X4 R" x7 j1 U9 D7 r/ rPlan and Facilitate identified public events

  D" a& f1 }! M! j& Y-        work with media consultant to ensure good coverage of project

-        With program manager, create proposals to continue funding of this project.

. b2 D# B- R2 m* u* ?; K" T-        work with external evaluation consultant to collect appropriate data for evaluation

-        experience with project coordination: u5 ~7 S- q& R% |5 n1 j
-        degree or diploma in human services field: e5 Q8 i4 M$ R( g/ H
-        developed knowledge and skills in one or more performing arts8 Z  T/ Y' p2 N6 L
