新房怎么预装音响和保安系统？

新房在建，想预先布线装音响和保安系统，但不知道什么品牌好，哪家保安系统服务商好，布线及设备接出位置在房间哪里效果最好。恳请有经验的大侠们，给点建议。

好像BUILDER都会给你一个供货商的LIST,然后你去选。如果你是找BUILDER建的话。

你去每家SUPPLIER的时候会有专门的人给你介绍什么的。这是BUILDER应该给你提供的服务，不用自己找这么麻烦

For security system. you can get the builder to do the rough-in for you OR after possession, the security company will install for you at no cost if you signed contract (3 years service) with them. As for HT audio system, you can do it the same time when you develop the basement but if it is a whole-house system, your builder will get you to pay extra and it has to be done before drywalling.

我想装音箱在天花板上，所以一定要请builder做。现在主要是对音箱的品牌和位置没概念。除了bose的，不知道哪个牌子好。bose的应该价格很贵。

We are talking about ceiling speakers, right?  If your friend's HT system involves standmounted or floorstanding speakers, that will be a totally different story.

it is easy. you just leave wires on the ceiling. after you move in, you buy speakers and install them. you could do all by yourself.

楼上楼下都能听到还原比较真实的音色----the most important thing is the location of speakers.

保安系统--same thing. Need rough wire in and after you move in, you could choose service provider.  they will give you a lot of choice  and  come to finish final installation.

you do not need to care 保安系统. there is standard for those wiring. and after you choose the service, they will tell you which kind of equipment they will hook up.

$3000 can get you a system with some good name floorstanders which are a lot better than Bose and you can get even hi-end stuff if you look at used ones. I myself won't spend $3k for those ceiling speakers, I think it is not worthy.

Just learned Totem,Monitor Audio and PSB also make ceiling speakers, these brand names all are better than Bose, 都在音晌發燒界佔有一席位置, you may wanna consider and audition them.
It is said that Nuvo is good too.

3 J$ `4 g. f: N5 B1 Z" u音箱线预埋是按一个房间大约150块算的，至于装几个音箱是自己选的。现在有单个音箱可以播放立体声的，当然装2个音箱就得付2个的钱，不过据说单个音箱价格和2个加起来的也差不多。因为单个音箱功能多一点，可以调不同方向（我理解是里面有2个speaker），还能保证音色。
