I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
8 h  |  U; h/ L7 Gperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
- a6 A1 J1 b7 ~7 U! U) ^/ w(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
5 A3 F4 F4 x& M- F$ sSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
" M; h- N/ Z. Y( L2 N) gbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
