I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
  J+ {4 g% c( u) T5 \+ Nperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
$ x6 H6 G2 q+ y5 Q: n(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
$ ^( S" S; t# F5 @Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

/ q, f5 n& k! u" O/ J/ U! VI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
8 N/ x8 _- J& i$ `# }; H" W$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
1 F, C0 G' v8 E" M  P7 qbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
8 I3 J/ U3 }+ @' a: h% I7 d7 Qcheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
