I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
0 M, R: I; |4 C- @(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
  u/ e4 L5 _7 @- }! [3 r: cSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
8 r. v0 g/ Z5 I1 Wbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
% D( t1 h5 o+ h  d* i1 s/ \months, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
3 w  W8 m5 _) t7 P9 o( V6 xcheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
8 _  ~2 B) l2 p$ @lease required.
