U x7 ^7 e B8 b * 74% bought an existing home; 22% bought new construction ( ^$ Y7 ^$ s: [ * 55% purchased a single-detached home; 18% bought an apartment condo ; X$ v2 H$ \8 j+ b. W * 5% of households intend to buy in 2010; 53% of those are renters 8 k& {. q. N% Z) N' h * 42% of those intending to purchase plan to make a down payment of 20% or more.9 @; e8 B; l) {0 ^+ c
