4 X5 K5 Y9 q6 aReporting to the Mechanical Engineer, the successful candidate is responsible for providing Mechanical (HVAC) Design guidance and support to the Design Team.

3 \8 M2 w, F+ G2 w5 V8 rKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
        Working with a team of draftspersons, designers and engineers, prepare drawings, specifications, and bill of materials for projects
        Review, develop and improve processes and procedures
        Research and develop efforts to improve product designs and costs
( g9 [8 Z& m9 U  h- b6 L4 R        Make sure all information is included on drawings, specifications and drawings requested by the manufacturing group and clients

QUALIFICATIONS:
•        Graduate of a technical institute or mechanical trade journeyman
•        Minimum 2 years experience in design/drafting of HVAC systems for    residential or commercial buildings
2 m# a1 |: ~3 r: C•        Minimum 5 years experience working as a HVAC journeyman
" a& o0 @7 T+ h1 d, h3 i; i•        Experience in HVAC systems commissioning and air balancing is an asset
•        Understanding of the Bill of Material generation process
- N, S8 n2 q9 _# M•        Understanding of drafting and design specifications for projects
" q% E. X, s: ?! l! f) S: m•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
. x1 D! H4 s1 R9 v/ i9 o9 v4 R% @•        Ability to communicate with all levels of management
) Z& g+ z. c  _1 W4 }* w2 w! L•        Ability to work independently as well as in a team
