Every full or part time sales clerk is responsible for the proper and efficient
operation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
that the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
; Q7 k' b1 x$ a8 Y' A. rcustomers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
* q0 I9 A5 t7 |- n4 x+ E5 P% Kthe Store Manager.

+ o' R: j8 A. `% rCustomer Service
. ^$ k# \( ]- z( u2 \• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
) v! O- V8 x- d& T7 o• Assist customers find what they are looking for
• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
4 |" p5 \; A2 B• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in
3 i7 I& G+ h/ m0 s: Wstock
6 p' I! D) L- q1 `1 F! e• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
looks under 25 years of age

! q% x. a+ [/ N/ v# Z" S1 C- u• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
2 [+ I- x6 K2 s7 X% w$ W• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
- N8 V# ]% ~% {* _• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts
• Protect company assets at all times
1 L% e1 D0 ~( O- h" y0 K6 |• Close the store (key holders)
• Other tasks as assigned by Store or Assistant Manager
Qualifications
• High School graduate
$ z/ a$ v8 j' g3 m• Criminal record check.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem solving skills

• Fast paced environment
• Demanding workload

' g7 u8 K+ g+ g6 n; v2 J' _• Available for shift work Sunday – Saturdays, days and evenings
6 g# x7 S( c/ b  P• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds
• Standing for extended periods of time
3 \5 F7 B6 A( p2 t) V1 u• Comfortable climbing ladders
