SALES CLERKS

Every full or part time sales clerk is responsible for the proper and efficient
) e. b9 |* l& d3 E' Zoperation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
: A9 s5 X# c2 H3 ^that the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
1 Q) ]3 q9 i' n- w, ncustomers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
the Store Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
0 Z# p' ]0 N5 Y. vCustomer Service
. x' X, A% `* C9 \• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
• Assist customers find what they are looking for
- S6 T# t  G# X( }1 }0 s# f1 U  y• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
3 O3 I1 R4 E; z3 a8 ?7 [* `3 Y• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in
1 U3 \$ `7 v, F- }( r  y4 dstock
• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
3 P* e. Z9 K. A$ `! S6 a7 n. ilooks under 25 years of age
Store Responsibilities
• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
( b0 j$ W, o, L6 g  G( M• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
- s- f! F. Y) R6 d. N$ ^• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
) ?, M. B, `% a- v• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts
* ?- V+ I; Q7 ~4 b% X6 s• Protect company assets at all times
• Close the store (key holders)
3 I9 M+ ]+ o0 \0 O! I• Other tasks as assigned by Store or Assistant Manager

( E1 k0 Y" Q/ y' [• High School graduate
• Criminal record check.
! z7 G: l2 v8 a8 c- C- z• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem solving skills
, F6 [6 Z& q% F0 ]/ c8 Q• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and
changes in strategies
Working Conditions

Physical Requirements
2 f1 Z3 M" H3 \$ K• Available for shift work Sunday – Saturdays, days and evenings
( v& `2 g: G+ s' T$ x( L8 Y5 f• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Comfortable climbing ladders
