I actually don't know what kind of message would be an appropriate one for those helped me and my girls last winter. But I do wish you know that your kindness made a positive impact on our life. In fact, I could not possibly make through this tremendous hardship without a few friends I met here. S0 { c- j7 [$ w9 M
8 K/ }) I8 a' MSome friends witness many drama and sad moments in my life over the past eight months, I appreciate their understanding and unconditional support. All the unfortunate experience in the past somehow made me a happier person.
) q1 Z3 m: T9 n0 B( T3 n" x' X1 x4 v1 O6 W1 u y. B4 G, h u; t
First, I finally quit death watch. My older daughter is still palliative ill and her health will continue deteriorating. Instead of being horrified of her sudden departure, I try to cherish every moment holding her in the arms. She is blessed to have a great team of medical experts, the most compassionate caregiver a child can wish for, many friends who love her dearly.0 c& r! o0 Y8 e$ V7 I2 m5 u# ^6 y
) F5 Q) F# H$ {Secondly, my naughty younger dughter brought lots of new excitment. It's very rewarding to nurture a normal heathy baby. I should give the credit to my mother who has done a wonderful job in raising her.. b; k% x- t/ n6 H& a
7 w+ O' g" B! W) u
At last, I am heading back to work now. Working has always given me a sense of control; and it becomes more prominent when being a single mother.) K' y: M6 u8 c
" p5 S6 z. @# O5 E. f2 O; o* H
Believe or not... I appreciate life itself more than ever. Can this be a closure for the past? I would like to carry your encouragement for the future...8 f) {; k, @! i) {2 x
