为了让更多有兴趣的朋友和同学，没有上冰经验也行，我们特地每周四开始进行beginner session的活动，专门手把手教你们如何在冰上学习滑冰技巧和打冰球。

7 d$ d8 R4 U0 ~0 b% j时间：本周四 晚上9点45－10点45 因为更衣室提前半小时开放，所以请9点15分到更衣室
" F# d$ B& e0 n0 s! w7 \+ w2 _地点：kinsmen arena "b" （就在heritage  YMCA旁边）
装备：头盔，和冰刀必须

欢迎新人（无任何滑冰经验的新手加入），但是必须备齐装备。
