Do you have 1 – 2 years of hands-on applied payroll experience under your belt?
I’m looking for a Junior Payroll Clerk who has full cycle payroll experience.
My West – End / Acheson client is seeking a motivated individual to join its team.
Within this role you will be responsible for:
9 j$ s6 K. v+ L% x•        Processing payroll
•        Preparing reports
•        Benefits deductions and administration
" x# z0 I: s3 g' J9 g$ V. m; G•        Maintaining employee profiles
' {- k& p. A- H4 N' q& [% @. h•        Accounting side of payroll
/ b9 f: f( K. N9 o8 u
/ H+ Q! L; {! p  U; _7 BTo be considered for this position, you MUST have the following experience:
•        1 – 2 years previous hands-on full cycle payroll experience
8 F: r: W- L6 z4 s! L* q0 E, V•        Union experience
•        Multi-provincial experience is a huge benefit
•        PCP certification is an asset
•        Thorough understanding of debits and credits

I need a dynamic individual who is eager, outgoing and team oriented.
6 }! O1 T: N$ ?3 ~You must have Canadian payroll experience in order to be considered for this role.
Hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
/ x% @% G0 [/ z% @/ i  s/ fYou will require your own transportation as my client is not on an active bus route.
