Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
" `- [& q8 ?4 q) Z& l2 `Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
' r( S! r" C& c1 H( w  J: S# KAdult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
) ~, J; b- `8 ]5 c1 v3 z. `# n$ F8 ^Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
+ ^0 N% c+ D" \: v5 J1 m+ \4 `Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- b. t7 w# E  B& GUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
Professional appearance and presentation
