Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
5 r6 s, ^# C4 w. f, V' D( [Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
5 \  y' [9 Y# V4 I; i3 T& fExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
* R# `: x! o9 J. p$ {. VComputer proficiency
" B. R0 ^7 W6 b( J( e2 x# WStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
