Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
2 }  @! u- O, Y; e+ PAdult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
" K. a5 D# g: k% `& D7 fComputer proficiency
$ `, B6 n/ b  \2 I- M: S5 P; h' SStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
! h9 m6 W9 Y/ o  ?$ f$ @" E3 nDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
Professional appearance and presentation
