Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
, ?( @: S9 h! F1 C, iAdult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
( @; r1 T  ?! b1 z8 R% lAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
% @9 d1 W0 v# l1 s' u) PExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
1 @9 ~% p7 f4 y- ^: p' J; J; A- _Computer proficiency
' k! }7 K* `; N2 k0 c- o; [Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories

Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
