Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.

1 S( t- N2 d) r' f6 ~. i: [- KExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
/ P* x) t4 [! _8 r. |Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
- Y8 A; o4 @- oExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
: h. u& M' g: X0 I/ v, YStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
5 P' i  P) ~- wDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
