Manager of Human Resources is responsible for providing assistance to all staff and manage-
' U: Z3 S0 w- ~3 K0 y6 ~ment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.! V% K$ R/ S: B D$ A
The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:+ L, S N* V% z8 p8 y. L5 _
Ÿ Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into
+ ^& G7 X3 x% P |, u( t5 M2 ^the organization;
4 ^0 E3 e h* ?/ A" V4 a9 L3 c oŸ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
; q9 \8 \- }' B. l4 u9 R9 fŸ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical $ K6 W% ?2 q. u! r @
support;6 w. E3 L. w$ M/ i, K% E- m
Ÿ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and ( e# D3 |. x% Z6 m% `/ J: p
implementing staff wellness programs;
; Q3 m+ A% c0 t( NŸ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
i4 C7 D" ~4 K; {! X# ?& IŸ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
6 \7 l, E& p, r8 XŸ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;) b) h2 L6 B3 _3 D- [; I

Qualifications:
# Z2 [ W3 Y3 V0 I( u2 q0 q3 a5 oŸ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent 5 ]: [; H( w( d- R% O" Q9 U3 y* n
education and experience;
6 N4 u3 j3 p) u, g1 Y* r- lŸ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;! [7 m9 w# a; [3 j# ]* Y9 B
Ÿ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
' W7 |2 ]" D$ _" \ G* d) B8 kŸ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both 3 o6 p: Y" ]; C+ S3 c
verbal and written.

9 d* F& Q. z% _! P" N: {$71,690.77 - $88,789.06. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. 5 h, g8 a& I# M6 g$ d
