Job Duties / Responsibilities
5 \% u0 `) Y5 L5 Y: y: B• Familiarize with the assigned process units
4 A3 r8 |+ ~$ c0 N7 e& a; _: D• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit. ) M! G6 V. v4 S( Y( I9 E3 h: l
• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.- T# r& r9 i5 [1 f9 p5 }
• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.2 O2 [: i5 X* V& {* S( d
• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation" R) f- l f& d
• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.
" @0 _8 A/ @& n3 z• Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers, A7 J# p# G2 E% q t- e
• Take up small study projects and prepare reports
