• Representation at area production meetings to report and address machinery issues.
• Trend machinery component failures and develop solutions for improving mean time between failures.
• Liaison with maintenance, operations, technical, vendor and EPC representatives.
' X" j& {0 C2 F/ _7 v• Assist with condition monitoring programs such as vibration and lube analysis.
1 G! L) u. g+ o• Troubleshooting, problem solving and root cause failure analysis.
! S1 V* n9 k$ w0 P+ a• Equipment criticality analysis and equipment care plan development.
