Job Description
1 g, a1 n$ `! I( o-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
9 P6 \8 k1 O6 d) M7 ^, ]) n$ U-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
% H% ^* f6 g! |! V-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team4 J1 g. p& ?+ C' e9 H: P/ P
-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
; I- _2 o" t* Y* r-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception
$ _& P5 v' o1 ~2 n& R- G7 P! K
Qualifications:8 O* S9 N4 e. c1 f, E' M2 T5 N# X
-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
4 D! |3 ]: y1 H0 `6 e1 t: @-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement 5 H$ `# Q0 b% C3 @+ t% Z
-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team* \+ s7 V0 m: d) `2 _1 X+ s
-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
