Job Description
+ l: s8 n: @4 ^: @  ?2 ?•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
, f3 Z2 b9 ?) O- U& z•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
1 ?4 O" F2 ^# g3 {& M9 b•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
8 ]9 l* f: r1 W9 b1 r5 v1 ~- m% c+ h•        Banquet room set up/tear down
3 Z; B* a2 J3 R; c•        Cleaning of work area
$ F) Z: |& g, e& _6 J+ T0 G1 r& R•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
- g; H" ~0 I" ^•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

Employment requirements
•        Completion of secondary school is required
7 E& |  ]- A5 f: `' {•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
: n4 W8 i8 p. N5 p7 {•        Must be able to communicate effectively
) H6 T* O  q- {8 c7 ?5 X) V•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
