8 }* w; O. w9 P4 x% C•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
3 f1 [# H3 v: @- u' p•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
: j$ ]7 d( K7 |% D  p& f•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
& I$ M: n( n# ^5 T. u•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
! O  C0 i7 W( z•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

- Y# O4 ]/ u- c- A•        Completion of secondary school is required
3 O+ n6 B6 `! H5 u) j' t( P6 P•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
* x; ~! v3 T7 G$ U/ i( V•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player

. N' I6 e2 B3 W3 l) F•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
