Job Description
•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
4 D: S; B. y4 Q/ G9 M% G4 x•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
/ n0 i2 P2 h! K, a( n•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
2 N/ B6 i" |* z% ?) _•        Serve food and beverages
- M2 o  y7 S- w4 p  A8 i$ T•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
% Z/ p$ w  H* s•        Banquet room set up/tear down
$ o1 m5 k) k& p4 g2 U7 L: G•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
7 U% V' v( S" K% L1 C3 U8 `•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

Employment requirements
•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively

•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
