•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
+ \; L6 X1 d. [4 M( d" F•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
. Q. {4 h6 ^( _' x8 }& T' I5 L3 o•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
! Z0 v# P& ^  k# t0 c  V0 t! }•        Banquet room set up/tear down
* l1 ^3 _: N' k% w: O  U) W•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
  p& D( W, \/ {1 f•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager

* s/ ~% O: d( ~2 j•        Completion of secondary school is required
/ R1 B3 [( S/ h' Z3 Y4 \% m•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
& N9 H0 C# \+ h3 a•        Strong interpersonal skills
$ i! c3 T, X! Y4 B: o•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
