Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
/ `& w0 f" Z9 E" ?! D* d5 E: Wservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
their development.

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
4 o! r5 K9 E7 w" Y$ Hhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
( k+ @, E. P% _$ s. ^+ qEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
9 x$ i: Y- l. S1 a  V& Xare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
" f# W$ N4 o0 Z6 f& ]' u6 D, d7 Fbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
* ?2 G4 j. D+ V- taccountable to the project coordinator.

* J' p* a: W( y4 m7 `6 OThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
: M: X' v' a" Hschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
desirable.

Qualifications  
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
/ p, C/ \, l3 x7 E! z* V" r+ x9 XKeen ability to organize and lead
Regular attendance at meetings  
: j+ R+ j9 `- L: qRelate well with other youth and adults
Willing to be mentored and trained
" ?" I7 x' l  B: o- n, z% f' M
Salary  
$15 per hour plus benefits
