Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach : Q* L- L, m' u
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
, K7 E) i, R; P4 }( s- ~; D# btheir development. $ ]" y i% {3 g* W) a& v5 _
3 a$ e6 g) @" |0 X' ?* F# t: RTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first - o5 B4 a( Z% \- g, a9 {* ?
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
: E- P' H' `, `( w. X* OEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a ]5 u- Z P3 P6 Z4 t0 z
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved 0 O6 j7 w" B- |/ ~) E
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
) @9 J6 e3 y6 H# S7 U$ ?are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, ) E; L3 [$ i$ ^& ^& F
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
: p, l! F; |- i5 {' a( R$ e7 oaccountable to the project coordinator.

2 T* ^: p- j1 v) o# l% VThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
8 Y, U( W- F3 b* wschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
. }# w- _- W+ P6 S% D2 y( \; E" n0 i0 k- Fdesirable.

Qualifications ( G+ L/ I: J c
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills & A7 s! r3 J: N/ q! f: j
Keen ability to organize and lead & v U/ b9 e! Z- e4 h* F# s+ G
Regular attendance at meetings - N$ v3 t7 r$ o) |* w$ r" `' u
Relate well with other youth and adults ( x. z* N7 v1 d9 u; _3 |# Z( O8 e9 J
Willing to be mentored and trained
) t& x9 ?" _2 x) H4 q " ~# p: i: X( ~- T# f
Salary
3 L" T! G/ _& \' \9 n$ `$15 per hour plus benefits
