, f* l& R; y1 W% X# H3 `* WTagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
9 V9 B4 j/ X" Z+ A+ gtheir development.

- H; a- A" B- s+ S* U' L5 j" P0 U: f  {$ ITagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
; N( B: i; \4 e' w' @9 u+ ], Nhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
. O$ n: M$ M: j: ?3 O/ dEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
, y+ {8 Y9 t: D2 @7 \* ~are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
  f9 \, }; q/ a6 Z- Kaccountable to the project coordinator.

  V6 J, b  `, S+ SThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
6 x. x4 {1 W! Gschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
desirable.

* f; d0 I1 ?7 p2 o; Y) ]18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
7 ]  \5 l9 q- YKeen ability to organize and lead
  Z$ r/ _8 L2 }& M2 d. FRegular attendance at meetings  
Relate well with other youth and adults
9 g+ }6 D: _1 k- ~Willing to be mentored and trained
