2 W; x+ A0 M% r9 ^Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
6 r/ j. A# h: Q$ I; H3 Rservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
; R8 p2 L- L4 K7 w5 `their development.

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
1 F. z' y. u( H# m2 P$ Uhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
8 s' @5 t. \, D7 B% @, JEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
) m, X( z# d: \+ ~+ }: Ayouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
- n9 k8 O, O/ k- }1 d" ^* Gin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
: r# r; K* c0 z, b7 k6 ebalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
1 A' `) B0 U2 }: S* M5 \  o  L4 V7 Z: zaccountable to the project coordinator.

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
6 ~& [+ D7 u# k1 eschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
8 c# c; R6 J/ D+ y. J3 N# O+ Kdesirable.

/ d8 u$ O+ C2 k) D  Q18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
Keen ability to organize and lead
- h9 l! b" e% G7 p) e6 W2 n' XRegular attendance at meetings  
Relate well with other youth and adults
Willing to be mentored and trained
