services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing 5 h8 `$ O5 F: M( r& [' B
their development.

3 U+ e" ]0 R; p4 v% }Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
& s, I4 V* J% _; @hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth & j$ p: t- s! C! E5 \- m
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
4 d# i4 ?; }2 o. m. [youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved . S* K2 X0 v$ m8 |
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You " L: c' _! R$ ^' P7 z/ z& B8 t
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, , |$ h P$ O4 w) ~
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
+ w2 C% U' Y) K5 S& raccountable to the project coordinator. 8 V* ~; K" Z' J
4 X; P6 h$ d5 v7 z" ]9 i' w
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
9 {0 Y- [1 M4 v7 w1 k0 H8 hschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is - M) s2 @$ A5 R$ M
desirable.

Qualifications $ J7 U# c/ Y7 Q3 o
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills
9 u2 D; N/ h* @Keen ability to organize and lead
5 f( V/ F- L! S: _6 c* `Regular attendance at meetings
" n; H9 {2 I- _2 FRelate well with other youth and adults + G' L& N) V% @" D0 g$ @$ u
Willing to be mentored and trained
