8 j1 p. D, O( u+ q# `9 Uservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing 7 O* U4 ~, Z& F# F
their development.

/ ^+ _1 K# } ]& x( Y7 N- k+ fTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first & e( E" f) }- y: H2 t- ~+ ^ i
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
! l/ [$ ~1 N* A- ~Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
7 q+ Q& m! Q5 ~/ g3 ~8 Myouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
: M9 h0 w0 P/ u; V0 [8 min the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
3 v- }9 n+ n; ~( Kare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
+ P# \% p3 p; x" H: ^' s! Hbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be & ]2 J8 Y5 U9 W. X7 l
accountable to the project coordinator. ' |' t! F: f: V2 ^
2 W Q" W5 L) |4 Y7 P9 u yThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own , V* n# l0 n. q
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

v& ]% Y, Y; MQualifications
( j2 ^! I9 B1 i, t- P4 O: r18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills
% Y* y& V$ K7 p$ cKeen ability to organize and lead
) x% B' X" [, k3 J8 iRegular attendance at meetings
& j0 n) I0 {: @" @, WRelate well with other youth and adults # b+ i; t& M5 X1 o7 R$ Q. H% _. F
Willing to be mentored and trained 7 I8 k+ [8 m6 r+ V

Salary
