Accounts Payable Clerk (Lysander)
Harmony Airways is currently seeking applicants for the position of Accounts Payable Clerk to complement our existing team.  The successful applicant will be responsible for:
. {4 b$ }# Y. \# @. {! v•        All aspects of the accounts payable function ensuring compliance with corporate policy;
4 y+ t0 E; g  Y* z+ `8 @# @' \•        Invoice coding, review and purchase order matching;
•        Weekly cheque run;
•        Vendor maintenance;
4 J% c5 Z8 v' ^•        Supplier statement reconciliations;
- ?; ~5 P: J" g- b. k•        Reconciliation of payable related general ledger accounts;
•        Communicate with suppliers on discrepancies and errors;
. K7 `1 G2 ^7 d& S$ ]* f•        Prepare month end accruals;
8 p  X1 t( k( i! _( c7 b•        Process corporate credit card charges;
•        Audit and process employee expense claims;
•        Process wire transfer payments;
( U8 b1 S" o! D: ]•        Additional accounting duties as required.

The successful candidate should have the following skills:

•        Minimum 3 - 5 years accounting experience;
9 S# Z8 V+ ?. O' M6 b
•        Ability to be an energetic team player with the confidence to work independently with minimum supervision;

•        Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task;

•        Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, specifically Excel;

•        ACCPAC experience is preferred but not essential;

! a6 p: x" z4 D! {/ x: g% X•        Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity;

•        Completion of 2 or 3 level CGA or equivalent.
