The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. 5 i F, z; M+ x
2 D# B2 k( H: @. a. s. DThis is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.

Reception:
6 q" n, }$ Z5 D. O& y( v• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required
, W3 A/ e' w+ x7 B• Answer multi line telephone system; z' o U' N u

Administration:
8 s; [4 W8 G- |• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
; \3 O% w0 y4 H3 U9 D• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits
! q/ K7 Y# O9 O• Input and manage high volume of data
/ ?/ I, x6 G" \* V d% D; {4 T• Update and maintain databases
* [/ P1 _9 B% ]% _• Generate monthly reports and statistics" c1 E; o# |7 m& ^6 r! {3 \
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
& n9 D4 z9 Q$ U6 V v \! W• Process payments and complete weekly deposits g4 ^4 s3 A# v
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms3 S2 v0 _4 @! M; [+ i
• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors+ L& e- V: B3 ]) j$ c% g
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre k' a4 p2 F0 z$ c
• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients$ k$ s, r1 B6 N. q, G4 t% |) Z- {

Qualifications:2 R* O9 s0 i! C1 z7 ^
: S }- j5 I$ a/ Q6 a8 G. ~• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure' A. F1 n0 p/ w0 F9 r" T
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS 4 k& N7 `+ p% \* H9 T: S8 F4 k4 \
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills2 R$ B' X" M' Z+ j$ S2 {" N- z# H/ {7 k
• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work; g! S- J& u0 v3 k* u E
• Able to interact positively with a diverse population8 U# g+ K8 O& L4 W8 E( C
• Strong customer service skills
