The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. 7 `) Q; L [# g- T+ T3 ?3 b+ r

• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required
3 f, s% o, o# t' ` S• Answer multi line telephone system* c( V# ] }- B* d. Y) V( q

• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
- K3 _" a* m6 }" K3 \! t• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits
\7 j) a3 p7 s0 p" p• Input and manage high volume of data; g8 H+ N, {, j
• Update and maintain databases7 ?6 k5 {2 C3 a9 z' q
• Generate monthly reports and statistics
/ X0 {: c9 a1 Q• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
6 R5 _( P4 f% W0 w5 m( ~• Process payments and complete weekly deposits
6 |5 q$ | b3 ]! ?( O: [$ L3 E4 @• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
) Z$ B7 F2 L& e• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors
3 J2 h) R; T# Y+ Y• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre
4 y0 z! b. j0 Z! [, ?0 C/ B• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients

Qualifications:2 O) \# [7 `! z$ E
8 U1 j2 @- D9 \7 y$ P6 y2 G• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure( s7 ^" a- H$ [4 u& n2 D2 Z' L+ E
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS
* \1 E7 Z3 ]9 ^$ [4 ]# f, c• Excellent verbal and written communication skills) R+ |' v, M. i# Z% D% ~3 _* r
• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work; w! D) k6 J" }( ?; S4 w6 {
