The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. 2 U/ ]6 h0 X1 n# i2 f8 z

• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required- {( G2 Z8 ~* t. d$ m) z) U- T
• Answer multi line telephone system' C( n- Q n9 K8 `- }' K2 i& d

Administration:, @. ?. N1 Z6 q* W/ Z0 z9 O
• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
, U5 T4 s2 N8 q7 r7 h• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits& T9 b; X4 |0 W- p
• Input and manage high volume of data" n, o" I3 W( |# ^
• Update and maintain databases
% q) ?* n4 J w- z/ D• Generate monthly reports and statistics: \# I- b f, E( f$ d: H
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation9 E! m/ y( ~9 F( Q! `
• Process payments and complete weekly deposits
( S, B' C( \0 v D; \ Z4 W• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
, a- z# V9 d+ R• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors/ @; h. T) g- ]& _6 \4 I
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre6 U1 f- w2 X h; o* `
• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients

Qualifications:( C7 m8 O+ X8 \, J8 c7 T+ ]% a4 O
! L0 }- |! c, D) E, V• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure. ]/ M4 m/ g! }# O% Z
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS
! t+ V6 ~# @/ ^* R9 I8 E7 F3 ~6 q• Excellent verbal and written communication skills4 y! `3 L8 S" v5 s4 c
• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work
