9 T v, r4 q! [2 r■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.) m& W! ]: v- }: P5 y" ]( k
■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.: e; L; s- S! b- P9 i
■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships" R( b0 D4 W6 R" U) z: I
Experience and Education:
: D& C3 M+ o8 o; z8 O■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
4 U4 N" F+ R$ z3 ], I* C■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
. A% @! A: O$ r! j■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.
3 g3 w# x N$ E# ^■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;: F! Q& G0 s! K! }/ N/ l( R/ ?
■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
* g' C( |! {8 M: a# ?, S■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices./ A& |7 G* J5 A) L
■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
