{$ l' |& c: J4 ?, ]Assists with the creation and implementation of computer software as directed by the project management team (includes leading edge machine learning techniques, robot control, gaming and simulation)
% s9 m* Z5 q# B9 b0 sProvides techical support to end-users as directed and is responsible for ensuring end-user usability and satisfaction when required- A) f* i7 B2 Y- P
Performs other general programiming tasks such as building GUI (graphical user interfaces) front ends, etc. as directed% f& |9 K: M5 ~4 w, I
Performs related tasks as needed

) s4 H, k# t: Y+ X& `5 D6 QDiploma in Computing Science; undergraduate degree in Computing Science preferred7 x8 ~& \! \" A7 n! _# B
Demonstrated work experience with Web programming and scripting tools such as PHP and Perl, and mySQL database design and management; knowledge of MatLab, Weka and CVS repository system preferred
! D1 G3 ~0 l6 vSolid knowledge of microcomputer operating systems (Windows XP as well as Unix/Linux); experience in other domains (Bioinformatics, electronic entertainment, ecommerce) an asset; Dynamic programming an asset. h, O* t$ {& r" i1 {8 d
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies preferred
1 \' P% y& C, M$ F. SFamiliarity with object orientated analysis and design and project life-cycle methodologies is a benefit
