Assists with the creation and implementation of computer software as directed by the project management team (includes leading edge machine learning techniques, robot control, gaming and simulation)$ ^. i: ^8 s. ]- }+ ], r
Provides techical support to end-users as directed and is responsible for ensuring end-user usability and satisfaction when required8 K; S2 y. |, L
Performs other general programiming tasks such as building GUI (graphical user interfaces) front ends, etc. as directed

Diploma in Computing Science; undergraduate degree in Computing Science preferred
8 ]9 K3 n o+ fDemonstrated work experience with Web programming and scripting tools such as PHP and Perl, and mySQL database design and management; knowledge of MatLab, Weka and CVS repository system preferred) h5 `7 X0 ~) ^9 Q3 W H1 x$ S
Solid knowledge of microcomputer operating systems (Windows XP as well as Unix/Linux); experience in other domains (Bioinformatics, electronic entertainment, ecommerce) an asset; Dynamic programming an asset
. Q$ g0 V) V( @. h" rKnowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies preferred
2 P2 D" A9 B$ V2 zFamiliarity with object orientated analysis and design and project life-cycle methodologies is a benefit
