7 q" [5 w/ c% Q4 d$ g% RDelivers, sorts and picks up mail, parcels, courier documents, cylinders, crates, dangerous goods, furniture, tack boards, tables and chairs, surplus equipment, and any related incoming and outgoing items
- e# d' Y) K; z9 S) VObtains signatures, scans traceable items into Palm Pilots upon delivery to departments
A7 f/ w% ?! e& A3 D4 S% U! wEnsures Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations are followed on TDG shipments inbound and outbound
. t' D% Y/ D# N7 ]( d, J6 ^Prioritizes workload and requests from dispatcher and team lead3 t$ o+ a; H8 ~
Operates University vehicles from small vans to 3-ton trucks, including standard transmissions6 M8 Z4 f1 d6 H4 |+ Z5 [
Performs related duties as required

Valid Class 5 drivers license - the successful candidate will be required to provide a Drivers' Abstract and have completed a Defensive Driving course in the previous 2 years.

Current certification in Transportation of Dangerous Goods; Workplace Hazardous Material Information System (WHMIS) certification
