how to discontinue the shaw internet?

Hi everybody,

do you have experience of discontinuing the shaw internet servise? What should I do?
I called shaw so many time, but it's always busy! yumen!

shaw 电话490-3555，非常好打啊。如果你是租用他们的modem让他们派人pick up或者到他们的办公地点归还。

用剪刀剪断cable就可以了。
