7 ~3 ]& A3 W+ k/ b; G4 BJob Description/Main Duties:
; N& _1 s% u/ O2 n1 O7 M2 j-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
) b& ?" d) ^4 s: D; W-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
. s% C$ i0 [. l3 x-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
5 Y, A% c# j2 m3 }. d- s" @-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

-        Completion of secondary school is required
, }; C$ s0 ]1 G9 o- F-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
% @% `5 o, p. a5 O3 L" a-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
. Z, ~# v/ f8 m$ g/ q-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
