-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
4 T* f& b/ b9 ~-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
+ r6 a0 _/ i% D4 q1 m9 ~-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
8 U! t( m& f2 r/ k. y1 \% E-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
% X- r/ x2 P" l; b8 w-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

6 X% H8 h! c, |) d-        Completion of secondary school is required
3 v1 e6 X7 s  H& W$ c. G1 I9 F-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
8 M3 _0 j# r3 r-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
