Canada’s first comprehensive Digital Economy Strategy, we need to look

: w& ]0 C1 N) N/ L' qguided by our long-standing policies of encouraging competition and$ m8 F z; `4 Y) f
investment, increasing consumer choice, minimizing regulation and allowing9 y5 n- E0 ^$ ]8 ^
market forces to prevail.

$ i" f7 o1 @; S8 v1 A. U* X+ s) F: pchosen to examine these concerns that the government shares with a large
/ z4 X* r6 N5 s* t6 bnumber of Canadians. Details of the CRTC consultation are available at
